Exploring Landscapes

 Landscapes:

1.I used the rule of thirds, I tried to focus on the sky in each pic but some turned out better than the others.
2. I tried to use balance but I failed. I used value in the first picture with the shadows.
3. These picture were taken around 1:50. I thought this was a really good time especially with the clear skies, we got lucky.
4. I tried to blend the campus with the rest of San Ramon.

Burn Edges

Mono

Tonal

Noir

Desaturation

1.I would argue that desaturation shows the best black and white, but I think it's up for debate

2. I think I did great with the range of value. All the picture can be told apart, and I still think the desaturation looks the best.

Art of Cinemagraph

1. What was your team’s overall concept and did you succeed in crafting the cinemagraph the way you intended?
-Our concept was to capture the deep meaning of drinking water. Yes we succeed because water keeps us going as life keeps on continuing.
2. Were you more involved in the creative, photographic, or technical portion of the process, what did you do?
- I was the one that actually helped the lighting capture Mason complexion
 3. What would you have done differently when creating your cinema graph?
-Not using Mason. I was a more suitable candidate but Mason was super hyped.
4. What would have made this project easier to understand or create?
-Definitely a guide on how to use the camera when shooting a video because some of the team members were confused.
5. How was the team dynamic - great, good, fair, poor, and did everyone share the work?
-The team dynamic was extraordinary. Always having great chemistry with the team. Everyone contributed in every aspect.
